Very clean and peaceful laundry spot

I rotate 3, 8X10 washable rugs. They always do a great job. Recently, there were some stains that were put on one of the rugs that I did not see until a couple months later. The staff tried to get the stains out but it was impossible. Mark, the manager was so nice about it. He refunded my money and even offered to buy another for me. Thank you Mark!! I’m very cynical and I don’t think any other place would have done that.I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be!

Great little spot for an actually ENJOYABLE laundry session. Strong Wi-Fi, full size restrooms that are clean, plenty of washer and dryer availability, all different sizes even a small area for young children to read and learn. It's nice that they have cash OR card options and I wouldn't look anywhere else if I was in this area and needed to get a load off in a safe and comfortable environment.

A lovely full service laundromat! Had to stop by to wash some heavy bedding and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well organized the business was. When it came time to dry, one of the on-site employees was kind enough to let me know that someone left about an hour on their dryer and let me take over their time. She could have very easily watched me sink more money into another machine. Very grateful, and will be back when I need to wash more heavy loads!

This is one of the very few spotless, remarkably well-maintained laundrettes in the area! The other being Gallatin Pike Coin Laundry, which I am curious if they're owned by the same crew. Either way, I cannot recommend this laundrette enough! Great machines, kid / family friendly, card / phone wallet accessible and again, spotlessly tidy clean! Thank you to the owners for minding the place and keeping it so I feel comfortable washing up here!

I recently had major surgery and could not get up the stairs to do my own laundry. I checked online and the closest service to me was Nashville laundry. I checked out their rates got my clothes ready they were picked up on time and delivered 24 hours later. Some of my things were hung up everything was folded neatly and categorized from the towels to the underclothing to my shirts. They are amazing and very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.. they even give you a nice bag with a zipper on it for the next time.

So glad I visited this laundromat. When I arrived early the place was clean and a friendly attendant was present.

Everybody was patient, they listened, and they seemed like they cared about my clothes.

Customer service is AMAZING. Left an email needing assistance and they got back to me instantly!! My comforter was picked up Tuesday and came back on Wednesday less than 24 hours after. Amazing!! Will use again!!

After decluttering a relatives home we were completely BURIED in laundry! The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!! They made sure we knew how each machine operated, helped us wash and dry our clothing and saved us a ton of money! We enjoyed the experience so much that we will only return to Nashville Laundry if needed further assistance. They listened to my every groan and tiredness and even encouraged us that we would be okay and they were here to help every single step! Wow! What an incredible service experience with Nashville Laundry! After 2 weeks on the road and lots of stinky baseball attire that needed a good wash, we sent everything off to Nashville Laundry. Not only was the process outstanding, the clothes came back pristine!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've always had good experienced when I've visited the Laundry Center (mostly when I need to wash horse blankets), but today, a big shoutout to Miss Linda who really went above and beyond to help me figure out how to launder a rug! And then she helped me fold all 10x12 of it when it was all said and done, washed and dried. What a great Vice President of First Impressions Linda is!

Walking up to an automatic door was impressive! This laundry is very clean! I received a ten dollar credit as a first time guest, and the app is very easy to use!It was worth the 20 minute drive from the Belmont- Hillsborough area.

A great Laundromat! Large with a LOT of machines. Clean and fresh, smart connected Speed Queen machines that also still take coins, big TVs, clean bathrooms, affordable pricing, kid’s areas, vending machines and FREE COFFEE! This place is doing it right. Everything is clean and nothing is broken. Hallelujah.

For months I looked for a good bundle laundry and fold service and I finally found it here! I drive over 20 minutes one-way to get here and it's worth it. Clothes are cleaner than my top loader at home can get them. I requested Free and Clear hypoallergenic detergent and they have that detergent ready, I don’t have to bring it myself. Clean clothes, neatly buttoned, hung, folded and bagged. Especially a big thanks to Adrian for her friendly help every time I drop off and pickup my clothes!

I ended up at the Bellevue Laundry Center by accident and I was so pleasantly surprised - what a super safe and clean laundry center. The equipment is superior and I could operate the washers and dryers from my phone through the Speed Queen app and this is incredibly convenient. While I do not have small children, I thought the children's "intellectual' area was incredibly thoughtful and super family friendly. A+ to these Center owners and teams.

This place is extremely clean! I love how the laundromat has two centers on the left and the right compared to the speed queens old and new and I love the kids area when I took a tour. This place is just amazing.😍😍😍

The best laundrette I’ve ever been to, everything is clean and works

The laundromat was very clean. There is plenty of signage, so you know how much the machine costs and how to operate the machine. The attendant was very nice and super helpful. She was a constant presence and kept picking up trash and throwing in away. The place was never crowded, there was no wait for machines, and plenty of rolling carts. You can use coins or card for the machines. They have a vending machine with laundry essentials.1/21/24 UPDATEThey are expanding! There were 2 attendants today, and you could find them cleaning filters and keeping the place clean. Even though they were busier than the last time, there was still no wait for machines, plenty of carts and clean folding tables.2/9/24 UPDATE:I got to use the new side today. I am completely impressed. The machines take coins and other forms of payment. If I did not emphasize clean before, it is super clean. Tonight there was not an attendant working, however there was a sign posted that they had to leave due to am emergency, and left contact info. There is a kids literacy center, too. Machines are clean, place is clean, I will be back. If I had one thing to say, I couldn't find a trash can on the new side, so I just went to the original side to throw out the dryer sheets.As a side note, when I was on their website, my review popped up, lol.

My washer has been on the fritz since I moved to Nashville, and I usually HATE going to the laundromat, as I have the preconceived notion of washers/dryers that are old and worn down. Well, not anymore since visiting Bellevue Coin Laundry. They have plenty of machines that are inexpensive and new, as well as various ways to pay (and $ for $ match going on right now!) which makes it super easy and convenient for anyone tasked with the chore of laundry (which is all of us)

I stumbled upon this business when my dryer was temporarily out of order. The facility is spotless and smells fresh and clean at all times. The washers and dryers are all sizes and state of the art Speed Queen machines. The ability to pay using credit card, cash or most conveniently, the Speed Queen App is wonderful. My dryer is fixed but I will still make a weekly trip here to do several large loads at once and keep the laundry under control. Many compliments to the owner, Michael Davis, and his amazing team.

This place is so much nicer than it has to be- hot coffee, new machines, $-for-$ match when you use the app right now. They’re even building a children’s reading area.

My favorite laundromat. I don’t need to go to a laundromat very often, but when I do, I will always drive out of my way to get to this one. Lots of options for washers and dryers, there are always plenty of them open, and they even take cards and mobile payments. Ample space to sort and fold, lots of detergent and other supplies available in case you need them, and the place is always CLEAN. Highly recommend.

I've been living in the area for about 25 years and have been using this laundromat. It's always clean or as clean as anyone could hope for when very busy! Anytime I've talked to an attendant, they've been friendly and helpful!If I had 1 suggestion, it would be to please put signs up to remind people to put detergent pods IN THE TUB as they really gunk up the detergent dispensers in the machines. It's really gross by the evening.In 25 years, it's always been a great place to come do my laundry!! Thanks!!

Fantastic facility. Incredibly clean with attendants who are friendly and prepare to help. Sometimes it can suck having to use a laundry facility, but having a good one lessens the frustration by a lot.

i’ve been coming here for years and i love it! they have clean appliances and bathrooms, and a couple well-stocked vending machines. they seem to be kinda short staffed but that’s not their fault or a big deal. the staff i have interacted with are helpful and friendly. the other night i accidentally locked a basket of my laundry inside the building after it closed and they kept my laundry in the back for me until i was able to pick it up. shoutout to this place, when nobody got me i know bellevue coin laundry got me

This place is great. Multiple machine sizes for loads, easy credit card pay on the machines, plenty of rolling bins to unload into, detergents and scent boosters if you need it. It's clean, well lit, plenty of parking, and just off the split at the main intersection. No complaints.

Very clean laundry

It had been over 25 years since I had stepped into a laundromat. I knew the process had changed since 3 quarters in a slot and push start. Back then very few were clean...and no attendant.I was amazed. Bellevue Coin Laundry was so clean, tvs to watch and different size machines that use debit cards! But wait, omg, what machine do I use? what buttons do I push? Panic started to set in.Then I heard a sweet, gentle voice ask "Can I help you?" It was the attendant, Angela. She explained everything to me.I, also learned that they will do your laundry for you! While my clothes were drying I watched Angela fold clothes. I was so impressed with her ability, I decided that Angela would do my laundry when I can't. Just fyi...you can request a specific attendant to do your laundry.

I’ve been coming to this laundry mat for over 20 years and I can def say that since it’s become Bellevue coin laundry it’s the best laundry mat around. The washers and dryers are top notch, they are clean, no Mildew smell like you have at some laundromats, the prices are reasonable, and the hours are great and accommodate people who work all shifts. The people, both staff and community that utilize this place, are respectful,clean, courteous, and friendly and it’s an all around safe environment located in a fairly safe part of Bellevue. You won’t be disappointed qqq

I was having a rough night because my washing machine started leaking water everywhere so I went to Bellevue Coin Laundry. I was embarrassed because I didn't know which machines to use, but Frank graciously greeted me and offered to help. I accidentally dropped my keys in the machine and didn't realize it until after the wash started (door locked). I was beside myself with anxiety, but once again Frank swooped in to save the day! He was so kind throughout the whole ordeal and was able to restart the machine so I could get my keys out. I am so grateful that he was working tonight!All in all, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because of the exceptional service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies there were a life saver on our family vacation. We dropped off our clothes in the morning and picked them up at the end of the day! The clothes looked and smelled amazing!

Their drop-off service is wonderful! Employees are friendly, helpful, and professional. Price for drop-off is competitive for the market. Turn-around time is almost always next day. I recommend this place!

Friendly staff, very clean, nice big TVs if you get bored. I gave it 4/5 because despite my clothes still being very wet after washing, they felt greasy after drying. I used far less detergent than I do at home so I’m not sure what I would do differently next time but I’m no expert.

As laundromats go, this one is my choice. Clean. Safe. TVs, plenty of all sizes with not one out of order sign.

This is the cleanest laundry Matt I have been to. The girl Aare’Anne is super sweet and patient. My brother came in with me in such a bad mood and she brighten our nights. Definitely will be returning.

It has been a long time since I've been to a coin laundry, but I don't ever remember them being this nice and clean. Attendants on duty, supplies if needed (although a little pricey), and 3 sizes of washers. Will definitely return here if I need a coin laundry again.

Very nice and clean. Very well taken care of. I enjoyed my time there(even though I was doing laundry) and it felt homey to me. Also felt safe as they have sliding doors that lock at closing. And you can stay to finish up. But once you leave there's no returning till open time. And what I noticed the most was the signs everywhere that would answer your questions if you had any at all and all the safety rules they also have a laundry card you can purchase I like to change machine you can put 20 in and get three $5 bills and $5 in quarters so you don't have to get all quarters. First machine I've ever seen like that. Rate them @10

Friendly staff, the machines are available most of the time - varied capacities, 20lb, 40lb, 60lb and 80lb capacity washers and similar capacity dryers.You could buy detergent onsite. Best part of these machines is - you could pay by card and coins. There is also coin machine onsite do you need coins. There is free WiFi hotspot as well while you wait.Not much of sitting/waiting area. You could time your wash and dry and move out to get other things done.Overall a good place for your laundry needs.

It's a little more expensive but it's totally worth it. This place is clean and all the machines are well maintained. I was particularly happy with the dryers. I'm used to drying stuff forever but these dryers took half the time I'm used to. I'll definitely be back.

I go to this laundromat every friday night, it is the nicest laundromat I've found. Prices are very reasonable, and if you go before 7 pm there are some very kind and helpful attendants there who will help you in any way that they can. Cathy is especially sweet! The owner is also a kind man who goes out of his way to help out. One time my car battery died and he came all the way from his home to help me get going again. I will never go to another laundromat as long as this one is around!

Awesome laundromat. Very clean, wifi, TV's, can use coins, Apple Pay, pre-paid laundry card (with bonus $!). Have a change machine, drop off Wash/Fold, clean bathrooms, helpful and polite attendants. Most importantly - very safe area! Heads up... Sunday's are super busy. I prefer to go on a different day 😀.
